SGC 2nd Saturday Competition Range Rules

    1. Approach firing line with firearm cased. Do not uncase firearm until at firing line and ready to compete. No handling of firearms unless at firing line. You will have 10 minutes to prepare for shooting.

    2. You are required to have an empty chamber indicator.

    3. General firearms safety considerations... never point a firearm at anything you do not intend to destroy.

    4. Before heading down range, "Going Cold" will be announced. At that time, all firearms will be unloaded, bolt open and empty chamber indicator inserted.
